How to shutdown the audio visual system.
First, if there are microphones in the room and you were using one, please plug it back into the charging cable.
If you do not plug a microphone back into the charging cable and you try to shut the AV System down, you’ll get a warning on the Touch Panel.
If the microphones are plugged back into the charging cables, just press the black button that says “Turn System off.”
The touch panel will fill up with a gray menu and give you three options. If you are completely done with the AV System, just press the “Turn System Off” button.
You can also press the “Log Off button,” that has your name, but otherwise turning the system off is just fine.
