Classroom Media Support maintains the presentation (AV) systems in most of the General Assignment classrooms on Campus. In our rooms the operation of the system is nearly identical from room to room. All rooms have an integrated “touch panel” control system that makes the system easy to use, just touch the buttons on the touch panel for what you want to do.
A PASSCODE is required to operate the system. Information on how to obtain a passcode will be addressed later. The AV podiums, which house the document camera and microphones, are always unlocked. Keys are no longer needed to open the AV podiums.
The passcode will work in all of our classrooms. A complete list of the classrooms we support, and more information about each room, can be found at the “Classroom Attributes” link at the top of this page.
